I'm so glad your Lake District trip went well. I remember the "multiple suitcases conundrum" post. It's so beautiful though, isn't it? Sending best wishes. Always love listening to the podcast whenever I can, and (again) THE SECRET LIFE OF FLORA LEA was such a treat to read. My English family members love how meticulous your research was, and my dad (who usually restricts his reading to Dickens, Eliot, Greene, Byng, Kipling, and British murder mysteries lately) devoured FLORA LEA. He kept saying, "This is exactly what it was like when we were being evacuated during the war. She is a terrific author!"--

Enjoy a wonderful week, and a lovely tour. If you ever find yourself in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, well, I'll make sure I'm right there in the front row. If not, I'll find you somewhere along the way during my travels elsewhere. ~ πŸŒΏπŸ¦‹πŸ“š
